Financial Records Manager

As a Financial Records Manager you will learn to perform any combination of the following: calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. You will learn to sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions as well as verify and post details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and total accounts, using calculator or computer. You will also be prepared to compute and record charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, rentals, and similar items as well as prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records. The Financial Records Manager program is an exciting opportunity for you and may lead to an important job position in your near future.
